According to the results of stage one of the Professional Building Engineer Skills Competition, Andrei Sviridov, a representative of Coalco Development, was announced the winner of the stage in the Moscow Federal District by the Inter-Regional Association of Special Construction Organizations. The competition was held in 36 cities in all the federal cities of Russia. 188 professionals took part in it, and 162 out of them coped with all the competition tasks successfully.

The winners of stage one will take part in the final stage that will be held in Moscow on December 14 to 15, 2016 as part of the program of the 4th International Conference "Practical Self-Regulation – 2016".

The National Builders Association (NOSTROY) and the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU) were the arrangers of the Competition in accordance with Ordinance No. 366-p dated March 5, 2015 of the Government of the Russian Federation.
