Winners and finalists of the Professional Building Engineer Skills Competition in the category " Building Production Organizer" were awarded solemnly on December 15, 2016. President of the National Builders Association Andrei Molchanov gave the "Best Engineer" 2nd place award and a Money Prize of the National Builders Association to Andrei Sviridov, a representative of Coalco Development, in a solemn atmosphere. The competition was held by the National Builders Association on the basis of Ordinance No. 366-r dated March 5, 2015 of the Government of the Russian Federation. The competition was held in two stages. Stage one took place in November in all federal districts and federal cities of Moscow and St.-Petersburg. 188 contestants took part in it. The ten winners of stage one competed in stage two of the Competition which took place on December 14, 2016 at the office of the National Builders Association. It was a tough competition consisting of theoretical and practical tasks. The competition commission consisted of three representatives of NOSTROY and three representatives of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. In 2016, the three prize winners of the Professional Building Engineer Skills Competition included representatives of Astrakhan, Moscow and Saransk.
