Ivastroy LLC (member of Urban Group structure) is the developer selected for construction of social objects in Yuzhny residential area which is a constituent part of the Greater Domodedovo project. The new developer undertakes the obligations of SU-155 to complete the construction of social objects.

The construction of the 120-place kindergarten will end on June 30, 2016, and the terms of putting into operation of a 900-place comprehensive school is scheduled for summer, 2017.

Yuzhny is a new residential area located 23 kilometers from Moscow in Domodedovo urban district is a constituent part of the Greater Domodedovo project planned for 45 thousand residents.

The total area of housing in the Greater Domodedovo is 1.2 mln. sq. m., and 22 buildings, about 300,000 sq. m., has been currently put into operation. 2 kindergartens and a comprehensive school have been put into operation simultaneously with residential houses construction.
