The project developer is Leader Group GC which is building a new residential area in Domodedovo urban district as part of the Greater Domodedovo, the project realized jointly with COALCO.

Vodny Commercial Center by MR Group won the award in the nomination "Trade and Entertainment Complex No. 1".

Coalco and MR Group are jointly realizing three Moscow projects with the total area exceeding 517,000 square meters, namely Tsarskaya Square residential complex, Basmanny 5 apartment complex and Presnya City multi-functional complex, on fee development conditions.
