At the background of investors' deteriorating interest in Russian trade real estate, the French group Auchan decided to build a large trade center in Domodedovo, Moscow Region. With the crisis being in full swing, the retailer bought 12 hectares from Coalco's General Director, Vasily Anisimov. This deal cost the retail network more than 1 bln. rub., and construction itself will require 2 bln. rub. more.
