COALCO and the Developers Association of the Moscow Region Took Part in the Environmental Event "Our Forest. Plant Your Tree"

On September 17, 2016, a large-scale environmental event took place in the suburbs of Moscow: 111 forest ranges, 1,300,000 nursery plants and about 160,000 people were involved in restoration of the forest that suffered from timber beetles.

COALCO took part in the event "Our Forest. Plant You Tree" together with the Developers Association of the Moscow Region, the Ministry of Building Complex, Chief Architectural Department and Chief State Building Supervision. Each event participant could plant several trees, thereby helping restore the forest. COALCO's employees planted 300 nursery plants on three plots allocated to them. German Yelyanyushkin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region thanked the participants, saying "Such environmental events increase forest areas by several thousand hectares annually – together we create and support the important tradition of treating the nature and its resources sparingly."
