The Administration of the Domodedovo urban district and COALCO group of companies congratulated General Director of Barybino stud farm, honored citizen of Domodedovo urban district, and honored agricultural worker David Gulko, on the 35-year anniversary of successful management of the farm.

Dmitry Gorodetsky, the head of Administration, noted the contribution of David Mikhailovich to the development of agriculture not only in Domodedovo urban district but also in the Russian Federation on the whole: - Gulko is a successful leader who can predict and choose the priority trend of farm development, giving it the maximum of efforts, time and enthusiasm. He is a professional that never stops on what has been achieved and constantly improves his knowledge. David Mikhailovich is an economic executive who knows how and what should be done in any sphere of activity of a large work collective to bring it to the optimal labor result and prosperity.

Gulko was born in 1946. His work book contains the only record, Barybino collective farm, where he was sent to work upon graduation from the Institute of Agricultural Engineers Production n.a. Goryachkin in 1968.

The work biography of David Mikhailovich started with engineer for labor-intensive processes mechanization, then he was appointed chief engineer of the collective farm, and in 1980 he became the head of Barybino collective farm. It is from this period that the farm, which was loss-making and occupied one of the last places in the region, starts to develop intensively.

In 1997-2001 Gulko was elected Deputy of the Moscow Regional Duma. David Mikhailovich is one of the first members of Edinaya Rossiya party in the district. At present he is deputy of the Deputies Council in Domodedovo urban district. In 1999, he became the head of Mosplem, the alliance of stud farms, and a member of the management board of the Russian National Committee of Milk Producers. He has several awards. The medal "For Excellence in Labor" was awarded in 1974. In 1994, David Mikhailovich was given the title "Honored agricultural worker of the Russian Federation". He also received the orders of the Red Banner of Labor, order of Honor and order of Friendship. His name is mentioned in the encyclopedia "Best People of Russia", third issue "Glorious Sons and Daughters of the Motherland". By the order of President of the Russian Federation of 29.06.10, Gulko was awarded the order of Merit for the Motherland, 4th class.
